The owner

Rich Erickson

Rich came to HVAC as a second career and learned the trade working for another shop before going out on his own. He started Halo Heating and Air in 2025 to run things his way: answer the phone himself, do the work himself, and stand behind it. He is licensed and insured, works on all major heating and cooling brands, and handles residential and light commercial jobs across the St. Croix Valley.

Halo is a one-person operation built on a simple idea: the person who answers the phone should be the same person who shows up at your door. No dispatch queue, no subcontractors, no surprises when the truck pulls up.
